As a John L. Scott broker, my mission is transactional excellence and client satisfaction. That means I work tirelessly to make your home buying or selling process as efficient, stress-free and lucrative for you as possible.

Meet Jeremy

Before John L. Scott, Jeremy Martini became a real estate broker in 2017, he worked as a manager and on the strategy team at Nordstrom. Now, he is focused on giving Nordstrom-level service in real estate, making clients feel that they are his only client.

Jeremy has a wide breadth of experience in the constant changing real estate market. His wife Mattison and him specialize with helping clients sell their primary home or investment property, getting you top dollar while giving you a luxury, personalized experience. Often you will find Jeremy helping you with new construction, resale residential homes and luxury homes. Whether you are experience in this market or just jumping in, Jeremy and Mattison will help assist you along the way.

Seeking to make the home buying or selling process an experience rather than a process, Jeremy goes above and beyond to alleviate any stress or pain points for his clients. His primary goal is to deliver a smooth and memorable experience for his buyers and sellers, tailoring his approach to his clients’ preferences and goals.

Jeremy’s passions outside of real estate include restoring and refinishing furniture pieces, being apart of his community whether in church or various volunteer organizations, discovering new restaurants and cooking at home. He also plays soccer and enjoys watching basketball, football and boxing.

Seattle

Seattle is a fantastic city for a lot of reasons, but one of the best things about it is the natural beauty that surrounds us. Nothing beats a crystal clear day when you can see the Olympic Mountains and Mount Rainier. But even on rainy days which, yes, we do have a few of here, the views of Puget Sound and Lake Washington are breathtaking. Seattle has a rainy reputation, but our best kept secret is how spectacular our summers are. While a lot of the country is sweltering with heat and humidity, we're basking in the perfect warm days and our long summer days allow us to enjoy water sports, hiking and cycling and tending to our gardens. In the winter, skiing and snowboarding are only an hour away. People recognize Seattle by the Space Needle and Pike Place Market, but we also have a thriving arts and cultural scene, great art museums, symphony, opera, and ballet.
